UK DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail First Class as standard which costs £3.00 or less depending on the weight of your order. This service takes 1-4 working days. We don't charge for postage if you spend over £50 and enter 'FREEPOSTAGE' at checkout. If you'd prefer a tracked service for peace of mind, please add the items to your basket as normal and select the Recorded Mail option from the Extras and Postage section.

We use First Class Recorded Mail which is fully trackable and takes 1-2 working days for delivery. Someone will need to be present to sign for the package so please make sure someone is home or choose an address where someone will be home.

There is a Special Delivery option. Please message us first at [email protected] to see if this option is possible as some items are made to order and will therefore take longer to dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS

International Delivery is free when you spend over £50 and enter 'FREEPOSTAGE' at checkout. We use standard Airmail by Royal Mail for this and it takes 3-14 days for delivery, depending on your location.

If you'd prefer a trackable service please add the 'International Signed For' option at checkout to upgrade. This service takes between 3-7 working days, again depending on your distance from the UK.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Please note that delivery times exclude any potential delays from the Customs department of your country. Customs fees may be charged so you may want to check the policy of your country before ordering. We are unable to accept returns for items because of non-payment of customs duties.
