Custom Orders

Custom orders will take between 2-4 weeks to complete unless a specific date has been agreed beforehand.

Custom orders are sent using Special Delivery due to their bespoke nature. 

Custom orders are non-returnable. This is unless the item arrives damaged or is faulty in any way.

When the order is complete, the customer will be sent pictures of their piece to ensure they are happy with the order before it is sent.

Custom orders may be recreated in whole or in part in future designs.
